Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Staf Pencuci Piring Restoran to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean, sanitize, and store all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines, ensuring proper loading, detergent usage, and cycle selection.
- Sort and pre‑rinse items before machine washing to maximize cleaning effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting low stock to supervisors promptly.
- Assist kitchen staff by removing used cookware, wiping down work surfaces, and ensuring a tidy prep area throughout service.
- Follow a strict schedule that aligns with the restaurant’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and adapt to peak periods during lunch and dinner rushes.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s policy of performing the five daily prayers, demonstrating respect for personal and cultural values.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, equipment handling, and teamwork best practices.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately.
- Support the overall kitchen flow by assisting in basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as peeling vegetables or arranging ingredients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers (wajib sholat 5 waktu) as part of personal commitment.
- Demonstrated quickness, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Preferably some experience in food & beverage operations; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
