Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Kebersihan (Cleaning and General Services Staff) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces and surrounding areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and ensuring all workstations remain presentable.
- Execute packing and product arrangement tasks in accordance with company standards, guaranteeing that items are securely wrapped and labeled for storage or shipment.
- Assist with light technical duties such as installing promotional banners, arranging visual displays, conducting minor repairs, and supporting the operations team during events or special projects.
- Carry out additional assignments as directed, including purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling ad‑hoc errands that keep the business running smoothly.
- Maintain orderliness in the warehouse, monitor stock levels, and ensure tools and equipment are stored properly to prevent loss or damage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting more efficient cleaning schedules or better storage solutions.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 29 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in cleaning, general maintenance, or warehouse support.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards and adapting to varied tasks.
- Good physical condition and willingness to work on the floor, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent comprehension of instructions and the capability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Practical skills: proficiency with cleaning tools, basic quality‑control checks, and quick adaptation to new equipment or software.
