Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic restaurant team as Waiters/Waitresses. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment where excellent service, teamwork, and a passion for food are celebrated. Whether you are a recent graduate from a culinary or hospitality program or an experienced server, you will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare basic bakery items such as dough, breads, and pastries, and operate bakery equipment when needed.
  • Maintain an organized Mise en Place station, ensuring all utensils, condiments, and table settings are stocked and clean.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the cashier and front‑line teams to streamline service flow and reduce guest wait times.
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and workplace cleanliness.
  • Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a disciplined work ethic, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude toward colleagues and customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferred specialization in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Hotel Management.
  • Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant or café setting is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of baking processes, including dough preparation, oven operation, and pastry handling.
  • Understanding of service workflow across Service, Cashier, and Front‑liner roles.
  • Fundamental grasp of Mise en Place concepts and effective consumer communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build healthy relationships with team members.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑17:00).
