Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at one of the premier Accor properties. This role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable stay. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and issue room keys with accuracy and speed.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using Accor’s property management system.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest folios in compliance with financial procedures.
  • Promote and apply employee‑discounted rates for Accor hotels worldwide, encouraging guests to explore other Accor properties.
  • Participate actively in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives, such as community outreach and sustainability programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and uphold the brand’s service standards.
  • Continuously develop professional skills through Accor’s extensive learning platforms and on‑the‑job training.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent associate/bachelor degree).
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum of 0 years of experience required (entry‑level welcome).
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn property management software.
  • Flexibility to work a six‑day week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
