Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Kebersihan Umum (Proyek) to join our cleaning crew for a short‑term project in Margomulyo. The assignment runs from 30 March to 11 April 2026, offering a competitive daily rate of IDR 155,000. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of all project areas, including floors, walls, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Remove debris, dust, and construction waste using manual tools and basic cleaning equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and glass surfaces to ensure a professional appearance.
- Monitor and restock sanitation supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to coordinate shift handovers and ensure seamless coverage from Monday to Saturday.
- Adhere to the project schedule, arriving on time for the 08:00 – 17:00 shift and completing assigned tasks before the end of the workday.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of completed cleaning activities and any incidents that occur.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions related to site‑specific cleaning standards and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; gender requirement as specified by the client.
- Maximum age of 35 years at the time of hiring.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a cleaning service professional.
- Solid understanding of basic cleaning techniques, including floor care, waste disposal, and restroom sanitation.
- Ability to work independently while following detailed cleaning checklists.
- Good physical stamina to handle prolonged standing, lifting, and movement throughout the workday.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with supervisors.
- Willingness to commit to the full project period (30 March – 11 April 2026) and to work six days per week (Monday‑Saturday).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail.
