Responsibilities
- Greet drivers and passengers professionally, directing them to available parking spaces while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Collect parking fees, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Monitor entry and exit gates from the control room, ensuring that barrier systems operate correctly and that any malfunctions are reported immediately.
- Perform routine checks of parking area cleanliness, safety signage, and lighting, reporting hazards to the facilities team.
- Maintain daily cash logs, reconcile transactions at the end of each shift, and hand over cash securely to the accounting department.
- Assist in crowd control during peak hours, special events, or emergencies, following established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow attendants and supervisors to improve service standards, share best practices, and support team goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, cash handling, and the use of parking management software.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged up to 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Height of at least 165 cm with a proportional body weight.
- No glasses (neither nearsighted nor astigmatic) and no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Monday – Sunday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic mathematical ability for accurate cash handling and proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems.
- Willingness to be assigned to any location within Padang Barat, Kota Padang as operational needs dictate.
- Readiness to start work immediately.
