Responsibilities
- Visit residential customers across Denpasar and surrounding neighborhoods to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities for overdue loan installments.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by management while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
- Meet daily visitation goals, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient route planning.
- Follow the company’s standardized collection procedures, documenting each interaction accurately in the CRM system.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, provide clear explanations of repayment options, and resolve disputes or misunderstandings.
- Report field insights to the supervisory team, highlighting trends such as recurring payment issues or regional challenges.
- Maintain a well‑kept motorcycle, valid SIM C, and proper identification for safe travel between assignments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including credit, legal, and customer service, to ensure a seamless collection process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or higher is a plus.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in field collection, loan servicing, or related customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working under performance targets.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid, active Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- In‑depth knowledge of Denpasar’s neighborhoods and road networks.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Open to candidates of any gender, with a willingness to reside or commute within the Denpasar area.
