Introduction

We are currently seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our collections team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring that our cash‑flow targets are met with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all overdue accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection activities.
- Conduct outbound calls and send written communications to delinquent borrowers, negotiating repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts in the company’s CRM system, updating status codes and notes for each account.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify the validity of disputes and to resolve any inaccuracies in borrower information.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with legal and compliance departments when escalation to formal recovery procedures is required.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the collections department, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest credit monitoring tools, negotiation techniques, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficient in using credit management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
