Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product information and articulate the unique selling points of Massindo’s bedding and furniture collections to prospective and returning customers.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting showroom environment, ensuring displays are organized, well‑stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with customers, following up on inquiries, handling after‑sales support, and encouraging repeat business.
- Conduct competitor and market trend analyses to identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and positioning Massindo’s premium offerings.
- Track sales performance, prepare daily and weekly reports, and collaborate with the store manager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging products, and updating the inventory system.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and stay current with industry developments, fabric technologies, and design trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Utilize personal transportation to travel between multiple store locations as needed, ensuring coverage across the region.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) roles within the bedding or furniture sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to analyze competitor activity, market trends, and sales data to drive strategic decisions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our boutique locations nationwide.
- Own reliable motor vehicle for site visits and showroom assignments.
- Flexible schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
