Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 30 – 45 years (flexible for fresh graduates).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 3 months of sales or telemarketing experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Comfortable working under a partnership model where earnings are tied directly to performance.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools.
