Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pramuniaga Penjualan – Sumber Baru to join our growing retail team. This frontline sales associate will play a pivotal role in delivering an excellent shopping experience, driving store revenue, and representing the Sumber Baru brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized customer service, greeting shoppers, answering product inquiries, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital transactions, and issue receipts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock levels, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and placement of new merchandise.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, seeking swift resolution while adhering to company policies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Uphold store safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with health regulations.
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and be prepared to adjust schedules during peak sales periods or promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
