Introduction
The Senior Officer Customer Support role is a pivotal position within our education centre, responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience to students, parents, and staff. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and welcomes candidates of any gender who meet the minimum educational requirement of a D3/D4 (Diploma) or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily centre operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Coordinate closely with teachers and support staff to guarantee that classroom activities run smoothly and that any operational challenges are addressed promptly.
- Maintain and update student schedules, verifying that classes adhere to the established timetable and that any changes are communicated effectively.
- Process student registrations, enrollments, and related administrative paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, and in‑person interactions, providing clear and comprehensive information about programmes, schedules, and learning pathways.
- Prepare and distribute informational materials that outline curriculum options, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including open house events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Utilise social media platforms and design tools to create engaging content that highlights centre activities and achievements.
- Maintain orderly records of student data, attendance, and financial transactions using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting and implementing enhancements that increase efficiency and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field; prior experience in customer service, administration, or the education sector is advantageous.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on detail and a sales‑oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and at least basic to intermediate English.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and basic design/editing tools such as Canva or CapCut is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
