Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing department, ensuring a seamless flow of orders, accurate data entry, and timely communication with customers. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, credit analysts, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to support the growth of our consumer financing portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders from Business Channeling partners, confirming receipt and clarifying any missing information.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain complete consumer and financing‑object data in the company’s core system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Accurately input all order details into the processing platform, monitoring for duplicates or errors.
  • Review credit applications, perform preliminary checks, and forward qualified files to the Credit Assessment team for further evaluation.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to consumers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), tracking progress and updating status in real time.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align order volume with target sales forecasts.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and hard copy, for audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, suggest automation tools, and assist in the implementation of best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism, patience, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or high school equivalent.
  • Male candidates, maximum age 30 years (some listings also note a maximum of 20 years for certain functions).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support, credit processing, or B2C sales channel management.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit management software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to verify data accuracy and spot inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Sales orientation and understanding of target‑driven environments, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
