We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Presenter Brand Professional to join our dynamic sales team. This front‑line role focuses on delivering our products directly to end‑users, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth across designated territories. Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales presentations and product demonstrations to consumers (end users) in the assigned geographic area.
- Plan and execute daily visits to retail outlets, kiosks, and customer locations, ensuring coverage of all target zones.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling, and cross‑selling strategies.
- Accurately record sales transactions, collect payments, and submit daily cash or bank deposits in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a well‑organized inventory of product samples and promotional materials, replenishing stock as needed.
- Provide real‑time feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while operating a motorbike, including proper use of a valid SIM C license.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotional roles.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender is not a selection criterion.
- Possession of a motorbike and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets consistently.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to transport product samples and promotional items during field visits.
- Immediate availability to join the team; quick onboarding is preferred.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
