Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting a portfolio of financial products to both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth credit application process from inception to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer Adira Finance’s suite of products—including auto loans, personal credit, and micro‑financing—to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Wonosobo region.
  • Generate orders through the company’s distribution channels, capture initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation and credit applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of each application, track its progress, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the credit assessment team to resolve any discrepancies and accelerate decision‑making timelines.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers to nurture relationships, encourage repeat business, and address any post‑sale concerns.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecast pipeline opportunities, and contribute insights for market strategy enhancements.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) or equivalent SMA/SMK qualification.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution (experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple customer files and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
