Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Channel Business Development professional to join our team in Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is pivotal in expanding our distribution network, driving sales through freelance channels, and establishing strong partnerships with vehicle showrooms and dealers. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our product portfolio—most notably Adira’s financing solutions—and the end‑customer, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard freelance sales representatives across the designated territory.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip freelancers with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records of all freelance sales activities, including total turnover, individual performance metrics, and commission calculations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales targets, providing actionable insights to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present product presentations and performance reports to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with vehicle showrooms, dealers, and other strategic partners to create new distribution channels.
  • Execute direct sales of Adira’s financing products, ensuring alignment with established quotas and market demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns that support channel growth.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet partners, conduct field training, and perform on‑site performance audits.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification in any field; degrees in Marketing, Management, or Finance are highly preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Channel Development, or Relationship Management, preferably within the multifinance, banking, or fintech sectors.
  • Industry Network: Existing connections with vehicle dealers or showrooms are considered a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, target‑oriented mindset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to train and motivate freelance teams.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to meet business needs.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Other: Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
