Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Admin Bisnis Channeling for our Pasaman Barat (Simpang Empat) office. This role serves as the frontline of our Business Channeling operation, ensuring that every customer order is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and communicated transparently. The successful candidate will work closely with credit analysts, survey teams, and the SHC (Strategic Help Center) to facilitate smooth loan origination and maintain high standards of data integrity. Responsibilities

  • Receive and acknowledge incoming orders from various Business Channeling sources, both online and offline.
  • Verify and complete all required consumer and financing object data, ensuring that information is entered correctly into the company’s core system.
  • Perform timely data entry of orders received via web portals and internal applications, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes, and process them accordingly.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection results to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification of collateral and borrower information.
  • Coordinate closely with the SHC team to track the status of each consumer order, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure seamless hand‑offs between departments.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions, supporting documents, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to order handling workflows and system usability.
  • Adhere to the established work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and respond to urgent matters outside regular hours when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant administrative or credit processing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using web‑based data entry platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex credit decisions in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection principles.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
