We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat to join our educational team in Karawang. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing learners of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum and learning style.
- Conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions Monday through Saturday, typically from 08:00 to 17:00, ensuring punctuality and consistency.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss academic goals, performance reports, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and student achievements in accordance with company standards.
- Utilize modern educational technologies—such as digital whiteboards, learning management systems, and interactive apps—to enhance engagement.
- Participate in periodic training workshops to stay updated on pedagogical trends and curriculum changes.
- Foster a supportive, encouraging classroom environment that promotes confidence and a love for learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, a subject‑specific field, or a related discipline.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s cultural preferences.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
