Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Elektronik to join our growing sales team in Lubuk Linggau. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to represent a leading electronics brand, engage directly with customers, and drive revenue through persuasive product promotion. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be a key ambassador for our product portfolio in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of electronic devices and accessories to retail customers and B2B clients.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of each product’s features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer inquiries, and provide after‑sale support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales and promotional area in accordance with brand standards.
- Track daily sales activity, prepare accurate daily and monthly reports, and analyse performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local trade laws.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, attractive personal presentation.
- Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales, negotiate pricing, and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for special promotions (as required).
