Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned retail outlets by proactively promoting Polytron products.
- Implement promotional campaigns designed by the head office, ensuring correct execution, timing, and visual presentation in each store.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure product displays adhere to Polytron’s visual merchandising standards, keeping shelves organized, stocked, and clean according to SOPs.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth collaboration and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collect and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and inventory counts, delivering accurate data to the regional supervisor.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback that can help refine sales strategies and promotional tactics.
- Work effectively under pressure, handling multiple store visits, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or a related field (minimum 3 months as a promoter is acceptable).
- Professional appearance and well‑kept personal hygiene.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and store management.
- Strong organizational skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Resilience and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑moving retail environment.
