Introduction
BCA Finance is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Langsung to join our expanding team in Sukabumi. This front‑line sales position plays a pivotal role in promoting BCA Finance’s suite of financial products, building a robust distribution network, and delivering superior service to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s loan, credit, and financing products to individuals and small‑medium enterprises within Sukabumi and surrounding regions.
- Identify, develop, and expand the branch’s sales network by establishing new partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and retail outlets.
- Conduct thorough consumer eligibility analyses using internal data systems, ensuring compliance with credit policies and risk‑assessment standards.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing BCA Finance partners, providing regular performance updates and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and marketing team to set realistic sales goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that highlight key performance indicators, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and best sales practices.
- Ensure all customer data is handled in strict accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and internal privacy policies.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, seminars, and local business fairs to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Associate (D4); a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline is also accepted.
- Academic performance: GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Sukabumi or its surrounding areas and willing to work at the Sukabumi branch.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate consumer credit data and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Consent to the collection, verification, management, and use of personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with UU No. 27/2022.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
