This role is pivotal in raising awareness for our charitable donation program and promoting consumer products at high‑traffic locations such as mosques and fuel stations (SPBU). You will act as the friendly face of the brand, distributing informational brochures, encouraging community participation, and accurately recording daily donation totals. Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at assigned locations (mosques, SPBU, or other designated sites) according to the selected shift schedule.
- Collect pre‑prepared donation brochures that include a small envelope for contributions, ensuring all materials are complete before distribution.
- Position yourself at strategic, high‑visibility points within the venue to maximize interaction with visitors and worshippers.
- Distribute brochures to customers, congregants, or passers‑by with a polite, friendly demeanor, clearly explaining the purpose of the campaign and answering basic questions.
- Encourage and collect donations, placing them securely in the daily collection box while maintaining the integrity of the cash handling process.
- Maintain accurate records of the total amount collected each day and submit a concise report to the on‑site coordinator before the end of the shift.
- Monitor the condition of promotional materials and request replenishment when supplies run low.
- Observe and adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols at each location, especially during peak traffic periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑changers are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of community members politely and respectfully.
- Basic numerical ability and attention to detail for accurate donation counting and reporting.
