Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Petugas Penagihan Lapangan (Field Collection Officers). This role is essential to our organization’s financial health, as you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, gathering outstanding payments, and maintaining strong relationships in the field. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, travelling to various client locations across the region. A personal vehicle and a clean credit record (SLIK) are required to ensure efficient coverage of assigned territories. This is a target‑driven role that rewards performance with competitive compensation and additional incentives.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customers in the field to discuss and negotiate repayment of overdue invoices.
- Collect outstanding payments on‑site, ensuring accurate documentation and receipt issuance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or disputes to the supervisory team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering flexible payment solutions.
- Coordinate with the finance department to confirm received payments and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, challenges faced, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with collection best practices and legal regulations.
- Maintain personal safety and adhere to company policies while conducting field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- Ability and willingness to work in the field on a full‑time basis.
- Strong personal motivation to meet and exceed collection targets.
- Own reliable motor vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Good credit history (SLIK) demonstrating financial responsibility.

- Proven negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- High level of organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and data entry tools.
