As a crew member, you will be the face of the outlet, ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly service while maintaining the store’s cleanliness and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for food safety and presentation.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and answer menu‑related questions to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular sanitisation of countertops, equipment, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, reporting low stock to the shift supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with precision, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, balancing speed with quality to meet service time targets.
- Conduct routine quality checks on prepared dishes and beverages, ensuring they meet brand standards before serving.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and store inspection.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate protective gear and following proper food handling protocols.
- Foster positive relationships with regular customers, remembering preferences and encouraging repeat visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
