Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and room service areas, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and front‑desk teams to synchronize service flow, manage guest reservations, and handle special requests.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high morale.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures in accordance with Accor’s brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Develop and implement service protocols that enhance guest satisfaction, including upselling techniques and personalized dining experiences.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics, such as table turnover, revenue per cover, and guest feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory of service supplies, oversee proper storage, and liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes and reinforcing brand loyalty.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and promotions, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to service.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and payroll in collaboration with the HR department.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a senior food‑and‑beverage service position, preferably within upscale or international hotel brands.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams in high‑pressure environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a working knowledge of English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and service standards.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, with shifts covering 08:00 – 17:00 and occasional weekend or holiday duties as needed.
