Introduction

We are a leading hospitality provider seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Housekeeping Associate to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in our modern facility and offers an excellent opportunity for a young professional who values cleanliness, customer service, and teamwork. The role combines front‑desk responsibilities with housekeeping duties, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and a pristine environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate areas or personnel.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage daily reservation logs, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and maintain up‑to‑date guest records.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to schedule room cleaning, prioritize urgent requests, and ensure turnaround times meet brand standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitization in public areas and assigned guest rooms.
  • Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities department promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ordering replacements as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Enforce quality‑control standards by conducting spot checks and documenting any deviations from the established cleanliness protocol.
  • Assist with special events, set‑up meeting rooms, and provide concierge information about local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.

Requirements

  • Female, age 19‑29 years, unmarried.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Polished appearance, courteous attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays and during the 2026 Lebaran holiday period.
  • Basic proficiency in quality control of cleanliness and familiarity with housekeeping tools.
  • Reliability in adhering to scheduled work hours (08:00 – 17:00).
