Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently, strictly following Golqi Chicken’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while engaging with guests, ensuring each interaction builds a lasting positive impression.
- Serve food and beverages with consistent quality, adhering to presentation guidelines and food safety regulations.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining floor, and back‑of‑house spaces throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Participate in regular team briefings, sharing feedback and suggestions for improving service efficiency.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, equipment sanitation, and waste disposal.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, cashiers, and management to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system usage with accuracy and integrity.
- Adapt to shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be able to perform physical tasks required by the role.
- Strong personal hygiene, clean and presentable appearance.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a responsible work ethic.
- Good physical health and mental stamina to handle fast‑paced service periods.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic communication skills in Indonesian; ability to understand and follow written SOPs.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in line with Golqi Chicken standards.
- Preferred: Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail, though not mandatory.
