We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Provider – Internet (Wilayah Jambi) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across the Jambi province by conducting market research, cold calling, and networking at local events.
  • Present and demonstrate internet products and service packages to potential customers, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and entered into the CRM system.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing weekly forecasts and status updates to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to coordinate installations, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee a smooth hand‑over from sale to service delivery.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to assess customer satisfaction, secure referrals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional services.
  • Represent the company at community gatherings, trade shows, and business forums to raise brand awareness and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to senior management.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate) degree; preferred fields include Management, Communication, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, International Relations, Information Systems, Business, or Development Economics with a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Age: Must be 30 years old or younger (maximum 33 years as per overall posting).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in technology or internet‑service products.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, professional appearance, proficiency with sales analysis tools, and a willingness to work in the field.
  • Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of building trust with diverse customers.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend or evening appointments as needed.
