Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Kepala Toko dan Pengelola Operasional Ritel to lead our retail outlet and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is pivotal in driving store performance, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and fostering a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated woman aged 20‑30 with a minimum of one year’s experience in retail management, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and minimal shrinkage.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of store staff, setting clear targets, providing feedback, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develop weekly sales forecasts and work with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules and promotional pricing.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail legislation.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to recommend product assortment adjustments and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, gross margin, and labor efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Implement loss‑prevention strategies, including regular stock audits and staff training on fraud detection.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail store management or a related operational role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong teamwork orientation as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Attributes such as responsiveness, meticulousness, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate staff schedules, monitor performance, and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with basic retail management systems and inventory control software is a plus.
