Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter Lapangan Ekspedisi to join our dynamic team in the East Jakarta area. This on‑site recruiting role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding couriers who will support our fast‑growing logistics network. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse pool of candidates.
Operating Monday through Saturday, you will work from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with the HR department, operations managers, and field supervisors to ensure that our courier workforce remains robust, compliant, and highly engaged.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential couriers using a variety of sourcing channels, including flyering, street canvassing, online job portals, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates for essential qualifications such as a valid driver’s license (SIM), ownership of a reliable vehicle, and compliance with local transportation regulations.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess soft skills (communication, punctuality, customer service orientation), and verify the completeness of all required documentation.
- Provide clear onboarding instructions, explain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and train new couriers on the use of company‑provided mobile applications and tracking tools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, and retention statistics, and present regular reports to the HR manager.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by building relationships with community centers, driving schools, and local businesses.
- Collaborate with the operations team to align courier schedules with peak delivery periods and ensure coverage across all service zones.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on feedback, market trends, and performance data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or field‑based roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with recruitment or HR software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations, driver licensing requirements, and vehicle safety standards is a plus.
- Physical stamina to conduct on‑site visits and canvassing activities throughout Jakarta Timur.
