Introduction

The Relationship Officer for the Cilegon Region will serve as the primary liaison between our multifinance organization and both existing and prospective customers. In this dynamic role, you will champion the company’s suite of financial products, nurture long‑term client relationships, and drive revenue growth across a competitive market landscape. This position is ideal for energetic, self‑motivated individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment and possess a solid understanding of multifinance business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell the company’s financing solutions to existing customers and generate new leads through various distribution channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure orders by conducting initial data collection, performing thorough credit verification, and assembling complete customer documentation for loan applications.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of applications, monitor each case’s progress, and provide timely updates on credit decisions to dealers and end‑customers.
  • Communicate critical information such as repayment dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal underwriting, legal, and operations teams to expedite the approval process while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach and improve referral networks.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups post‑disbursement to assess customer satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales metrics, conversion rates, and market insights for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for regional travel.
  • Strong grasp of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment, documentation, and repayment structures.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • High level of adaptability, problem‑solving capability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional flexibility for client meetings.
