Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer who will act as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers, driving product awareness, facilitating loan applications, and ensuring a seamless credit experience. Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell a portfolio of financing products to existing customers and new prospects across designated channels.
- Generate leads through dealer networks, inbound inquiries, and community outreach, then initiate the data collection process for each potential borrower.
- Verify applicant information, gather required documentation, and prepare complete credit applications in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit file, coordinating with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely decisions.
- Communicate approval or rejection outcomes to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations to foster responsible borrowing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating contact details, interaction logs, and status reports on a daily basis.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, recommending ancillary services such as insurance or extended warranties where appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide market feedback, suggest promotional strategies, and help tailor product bundles for specific segments.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews, share best practices with peers, and continuously improve personal sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit evaluation and loan servicing.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a distinct advantage, though fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with dealers and end‑customers.
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and basic marketing platforms.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability to thrive in a fast‑changing financial environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
