The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and provides an excellent platform for individuals looking to develop their administrative expertise while contributing to the smooth operation of our store management system.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and internal memos, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain and update the store management system, recording inventory movements, sales data, and supplier information.
- Prepare routine reports such as daily sales summaries, stock level analyses, and attendance records for senior management.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff shifts, overtime, and special duties during the Ramadan period, guaranteeing full coverage while respecting religious observances.
- Assist in the organization of company events, training sessions, and employee welfare activities, fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling petty cash.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations, conducting regular checks of equipment and facilities.
- Provide frontline support to visitors and clients, delivering a professional and courteous first impression.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange deliveries, returns, and stock replenishment, minimizing disruption to store operations.
- Continuously improve administrative procedures by suggesting and implementing efficiency‑enhancing ideas.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.
- Willingness to work full‑time throughout the fasting month (Ramadan) with flexible break arrangements.
- Good physical and mental health, able to handle a steady workload and occasional overtime.
- Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with store management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
