This full‑time role is based at the local Adira Finance branch and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00. The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional with a minimum of a D3/D4 qualification, who is eager to grow within the multifinance industry.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through direct face‑to‑face interactions and outbound telephone campaigns.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective borrowers by conducting thorough needs‑analysis surveys.
- Maintain and expand existing distribution channels, including dealer networks, partner agencies, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, ensuring compliance with Adira’s credit policies and risk guidelines.
- Track sales pipelines, update CRM systems, and generate regular performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with underwriting, collections, and after‑sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from application to vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing events to enhance brand visibility in the Sangatta region.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; candidates with finance, business, or marketing backgrounds are preferred.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (no strict upper age limit for experienced professionals).
- Gender: Male (as per current operational guidelines).
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a comparable financial services role. Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also welcome.

- Sales management and target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and credit assessment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
- Location: Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
