Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple online storefronts on major marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), ensuring product listings are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
  • Upload, edit, and optimize product information—including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional campaigns—to maximize conversion rates and search visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Ads) on e‑commerce platforms, tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and adjusting bids and creative assets to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and other performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis, producing actionable insights for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with live‑streaming hosts, marketing coordinators, and operations staff to synchronize product launches, flash sales, and inventory replenishment.
  • Conduct deep‑dive sales data analysis, identifying trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior patterns to recommend product assortment improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketplace management, ensuring compliance with platform policies and internal quality standards.
  • Support cross‑functional projects such as new marketplace onboarding, system integrations, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Stay informed about emerging e‑commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm updates, sharing best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • Age: 20‑35 years old; all genders are welcome.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 or S1 preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing online stores or marketplace accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital analytics, marketing analytics, and e‑commerce platform tools; ability to interpret data dashboards and generate reports.
  • Language: Basic to intermediate Mandarin is a strong plus, reflecting the company’s cross‑border trade focus.
  • Soft Skills: Detail‑oriented, strong communication abilities, results‑driven mindset, and capacity to work under tight deadlines and sales targets.
