We are seeking a diligent Staf Administrasi Perkantoran dan Pengarsipan Dokumen to join our dynamic office team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of information, ensuring that all documents are properly filed, and supporting daily administrative operations. Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail, courier packages, and electronic communications.
- Maintain an organized filing system—both physical and digital—ensuring that all documents are correctly labeled, indexed, and easily retrievable.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to support various departments.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and arrange necessary equipment and refreshments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by gathering data from multiple sources.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure that the workplace remains well‑stocked and functional.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding paperwork, attendance records, and basic payroll documentation.
- Implement and uphold document retention policies in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing courteous and timely assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age limit: up to 27 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or document‑handling experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with electronic document management systems.
- Team‑player mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
