Responsibilities
- Approach prospective customers in retail, corporate, and community settings to introduce and explain the features of Indodana Paylater.
- Demonstrate product value propositions, guide users through the application process, and highlight the convenience and flexibility of Paylater financing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets set by the sales management team.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, including leads generated, applications submitted, and conversions achieved.
- Perform diligent follow‑up on incomplete or pending applications, ensuring all required documentation is collected and entered correctly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights that can improve product positioning.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product enhancements, compliance guidelines, and best‑selling techniques.
- Uphold Indodana’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 – 35 years old.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of initiative, self‑discipline, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Prior experience as a Sales Promoter or in direct‑to‑consumer sales is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency with mobile applications and basic data entry.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Jabodetabek region, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
