Introduction
Mie Gacoan, a fast‑growing Indonesian noodle brand renowned for its signature mie gacoan dishes, is looking for enthusiastic and versatile team members to join its Wonogiri outlet as Crew Toko (Penjualan). The role offers exposure to multiple restaurant functions, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house preparation, providing a solid foundation for future advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and positions within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim sum, production, and cleaning duties.
- Perform rotating station assignments (rolling station) to ensure operational flexibility and coverage during peak periods.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to guests, handling orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations in compliance with local health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily service targets and uphold the brand’s quality standards.
- Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or unusual incidents to the manager immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and safety briefings.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service sector (new graduates with relevant internships are also welcome).
- Strong desire to work, excellent communication skills, and an active, team‑oriented attitude.
- Clean health record with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) required.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with variable start and end times.
- Ability to be stationed at the Mie Gacoan Wonogiri location and adapt to different roles as needed.
- Basic barista skills, cash handling proficiency, and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Customer‑service orientation, including handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of traditional Indonesian cuisine preparation is a plus.
