Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Pengelolaan Dekorasi Interior to join our dynamic team in Kota Jambi. This full‑time position plays a critical role in coordinating interior decoration projects, handling client communications, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a motivated female professional with a minimum high school education, a creative mindset, and a passion for design.

Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will be the central hub that connects designers, suppliers, and clients, helping to transform ideas into beautiful, functional spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, design briefs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate schedules between interior designers, vendors, and on‑site installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, providing timely information about project status and next steps.
  • Manage inventory of decorative items, fabrics, lighting fixtures, and other materials, performing regular stock checks and reordering as needed.
  • Assist the design team in creating presentation decks, mood boards, and specification sheets for client meetings.
  • Organize and archive all project-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the logistics of site visits, including arranging transportation, preparing checklists, and documenting site conditions.
  • Facilitate clear communication among cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and resolving any administrative bottlenecks.
  • Utilize basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and specialized interior design tools to streamline workflow.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, aged 30 years or younger.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience (at least 1 year preferred) in administrative support for interior decoration or related fields.
  • Strong visual sense and appreciation for interior design trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Creative problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with designers, contractors, and clients.
  • Own reliable transportation for site visits within Kota Jambi.
  • Professional appearance and a customer‑focused demeanor.
