Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Canvasing XL professional to join our dynamic field team in Padang Panjang. This role focuses on promoting and distributing XL, Axis, and Smartfren mobile products to a network of retail outlets. As a key face‑to‑face ambassador for our telecommunications brands, you will be responsible for expanding market presence, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily to showcase and sell XL, Axis, and Smartfren devices, plans, and accessories.
- Guarantee that each outlet within the coverage area maintains optimal stock levels of all product lines.
- Deliver and explain promotional programs, new product launches, and bundled offers to outlet owners and staff, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Distribute and replenish point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, banners, flyers, and digital assets to keep the brand visible.
- Maintain a precise visit schedule, log visits in the mobile reporting system, and submit daily activity reports.
- Monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to the regional sales manager for strategic adjustments.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, upsell accessories, and encourage repeat orders.
- Develop strong relationships with outlet managers, offering training sessions or on‑site demos when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including proper handling of promotional budgets and accurate documentation of SKUs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35‑36 years.
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field travel.
- Own Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for reporting and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, courteous, and able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reside in Padang Panjang or surrounding areas to ensure timely outlet coverage.
- Required application documents: cover letter, curriculum vitae, photocopies of latest diploma, police clearance (SKCK), identity card (KTP), family card (KK), recent 3×4 cm red‑background photo, and any additional supporting documents.
