Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Produksi – Pengendalian Proses serta Efisiensi to join our dynamic production team. This role is integral to our automotive interior accessories division, where precision, speed, and quality are paramount. As a member of the manufacturing floor, you will collaborate closely with engineers, quality inspectors, and logistics personnel to ensure that every vehicle interior component—such as seat covers, carpets, and trim pieces—is installed correctly, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Execute the installation of interior automotive accessories, including seat covers, floor carpets, door panels, and other trim elements, following detailed work orders and technical drawings.
- Monitor production line flow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process adjustments to improve cycle time and reduce waste.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and perform minor maintenance to guarantee smooth operation of assembly tools.
- Maintain accurate production logs, report daily output, and document any non‑conformities for the quality assurance team.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to perform visual inspections and functional tests on completed installations.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing workshops.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, providing status updates and escalating issues that could affect delivery schedules.
- Assist in the training of new hires by demonstrating proper installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in automotive technology or mechanical engineering is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand technical instructions and convey information clearly.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive manual tasks, lift moderate loads (up to 25 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a reputation for neat, organized work habits.
- Basic knowledge of automotive interior components and installation methods is considered a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Willingness to be placed in a production facility outside the candidate’s current city.
- Open to working a six‑day week schedule (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:00.
