Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted door‑to‑door canvassing to introduce and promote our product portfolio.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate key value propositions tailored to each prospect.
- Collect and record accurate customer data, including contact information, purchase intent, and feedback.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Provide excellent post‑sale support, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the regional sales supervisor using the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a well‑kept appearance of the product samples, promotional materials, and personal presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.
Requirements
- Age: 19‑35 years (maximum 30 years preferred for this specific posting).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales canvassing, promotional activities, or direct‑to‑consumer marketing is highly desirable.
- Transportation: Own a motorized vehicle (motorbike) and hold a valid, active SIM C driver’s license.
- Residency: Candidates residing in or near Lima Puluh Kota are given priority.
