Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories, presenting MyRepublic Wi‑Fi packages to residential customers.
- Collaborate with a small team of field agents to coordinate daily canvassing routes and share best practices.
- Promote product features, pricing plans, and promotional offers to meet the specific needs of each household.
- Identify and target high‑potential neighborhoods, commercial complexes, and community centers to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads from first contact through contract signing.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Provide post‑sale support, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate installations with the technical team.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve service offerings and inform future marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using the company CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic analytical skills for evaluating sales data and market trends.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and basic office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Tuesdays through Sundays, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Physical stamina to walk or travel within the assigned territory for extended periods.
