The role focuses on direct, face‑to‑face promotion of ION Broadband’s high‑speed internet solutions across the Majalengka region. As a key point of contact with prospective customers, you will drive brand awareness, generate new leads, and convert interest into sales, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits, attend local events, and identify high‑traffic locations to showcase ION Broadband’s WiFi products.
- Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers in a clear, persuasive manner tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing customers, providing follow‑up support and addressing any service concerns.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new potential customers through market research, referrals, and community networking.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently reporting progress to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and suggest improvements based on field observations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product upgrades, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including proper handling of BPJS Kesehatan and NPWP documentation.
- Utilize personal transportation to efficiently cover assigned territories within the agreed working hours (Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑18:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; candidates with only SD are also considered if they demonstrate strong sales aptitude.
- Age: up to 50 years old.
- Gender: all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or direct customer outreach (experience in telecommunications is a plus).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they show high motivation and willingness to learn.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle for territory coverage.
- Active BPJS Kesehatan membership and a valid NPWP.
- Key skills: effective time management, strong communication, sales negotiation, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM tools.
