Responsibilities
- Maintain a polished and attractive personal appearance in line with brand standards.
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating items, and provide knowledgeable product information.
- Actively promote and upsell merchandise, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Handle transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and properly stocked, including regular replenishment of displays.
- Participate in visual merchandising initiatives, arranging window displays and in‑store layouts to attract shoppers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and product briefings to stay updated on new arrivals and promotional campaigns.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety guidelines, and health protocols during working hours.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Work Experience: No prior experience required; previous experience in fashion or retail is a strong plus.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong sense of discipline, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor.

- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Availability: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 15 kg.
