We are a fast‑growing Internet Service Provider specializing in high‑speed broadband and Wi‑Fi solutions across urban and suburban markets. To accelerate our market reach, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our field sales team as Sales Lapangan Layanan Internet & WiFi. This role offers a dynamic, door‑to‑door environment where you will directly engage potential customers, present our service portfolio, and drive new subscriptions while representing a trusted brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories to generate leads and convert prospects into active internet/Wi‑Fi customers.
- Present product features, pricing plans, and promotional offers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies, including flyer distribution, community events, and partnership outreach.
- Maintain a daily activity log, update the CRM system, and report key performance metrics to the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to schedule installations and ensure seamless service activation.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing campaigns and improve product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions and share best practices with fellow field representatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Package C graduates are welcome).
- Age range: 18 – 40 years.
- All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy for using mobile CRM apps and reporting tools.
- Team player who can coordinate effectively with sales supervisors, installers, and customer service agents.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and a high degree of responsibility in handling cash or promotional materials.
