Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Agent Front Desk (Customer Service) to become the welcoming face of our organization. This position is ideal for a motivated male candidate who is a practicing Muslim, possesses at least one year of relevant front‑desk experience, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment from Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of our brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and vendors with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls using the VHP (Visitor Handling Platform) system, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that promotional materials, brochures, and signage are up‑to‑date.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, prepare meeting spaces, and assist with audiovisual equipment setup.
- Track and log visitor information, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols as required.
- Provide basic information about company services, policies, and procedures to callers and walk‑in guests.
- Assist the HR and facilities teams with onboarding paperwork for new employees.
- Resolve minor customer complaints on the spot, escalating more complex issues to senior staff while maintaining a calm and solution‑oriented attitude.
- Participate in periodic team meetings, contribute ideas for service improvement, and support special projects when needed.
Requirements
- Male, practicing Muslim.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role.
- Proficiency with the VHP system or similar visitor‑management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with occasional overtime during peak periods.
