Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s suite of products—including loans, savings solutions, and investment services—to both existing and prospective clients.
- Expand the market footprint by identifying new business opportunities and establishing a robust network of partners and referral sources.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients, small‑business owners, and community organizations to foster trust and repeat business.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit and eligibility analyses to determine consumer suitability for financial products.
- Collaborate with internal sales, underwriting, and risk‑assessment teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely closure of deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, especially data‑privacy regulations, and ensure that customer information is handled securely.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and community events to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum D3/D4, preferably with a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; the role is open to candidates of all ages.

- Work experience: Entry‑level candidates (0 years) are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in the field with a willingness to travel within Tarakan and surrounding areas.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and a personal motorcycle for daily commuting and client visits.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Tarakan or its neighboring regions.
- Commitment to adhere to the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 / 2022) and related regulations.
