Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is expanding its sales network across Kalimantan. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Barabai. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, while delivering an exceptional service experience that aligns with Adira’s commitment to financial inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s range of financing products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Identify and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, generating qualified leads and converting them into confirmed orders.
- Collect and input initial customer data, perform thorough verification, and prepare all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information regarding repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver feedback from the field and suggest enhancements to product offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance metrics, and contribute ideas for achieving regional sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age: up to 30 years old; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; experience in B2C financial services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C license.
- Proficient in sales management, customer relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
