Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Agent Front Office Customer Service to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience from arrival through departure. This full‑time role operates Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional shift work on weekends and public holidays as required by occupancy levels. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations with accuracy.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing discrepancies while adhering to company financial policies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Document and follow up on guest complaints, employing problem‑solving techniques to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of occupancy, room assignments, and special requests using the property management system.
  • Assist in generating daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy statistics, and incident logs.
  • Participate in shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication between team members and continuity of service.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, personal grooming, and appearance at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a D3/D4 degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1‑3 years of experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong command of English—both spoken and written—is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated guest‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, handling multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
  • Professional, disciplined demeanor with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities and a calm approach to handling guest complaints.
  • Basic culinary skill awareness (e.g., understanding of food service terminology) is considered an asset.
